You are responsible for the content you upload and must not post material that infringes rights, is unlawful, hateful, threatening or otherwise against our Community Guidelines.

LekkaClips may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Monetisation features such as virtual gifts and creator withdrawals are not currently active. If they are introduced, they will be subject to applicable fees and South African law.

The Platform is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We are not liable for content posted by users.
